If you would like to place a Special Order with us, please read through the FAQ below, and complete the Special Order Form. Once it is submitted, one of our staff will review the request and contact you to discuss and confirm the order.
Do I need to pay a deposit when I place an order, if so, how much do I need to leave?
Special orders of 24 or more items require a 50% deposit. Please see the Cancellation Policy for details regarding the deposit.
Do you have a minimum order size?
Yes, orders must be at least a dozen (12) items, or multiple dozens (24, 36, etc.)
How much advance notice do I need to give?
Orders of 12 items require at least 3 business days notice.
Orders of 24 items require at least 5 business days notice.
Orders of 48/60 items require at least 7 business days notice.
Orders of 72+ items require at least 14 business days notice.
Do you offer any bulk discounts?
Yes, orders of 72+ items will recieve a 15% bulk discount.
Can I place my order online?
Due to the nature of Special Orders, we are unable to take online orders.

Can I special order cake pops, or cupcakes?
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer , cake pops (we believe cake should not have a stick in it), or cupcakes. However, as alternatives, we offer cakelets (good for 2-4 people), and cake truffles.
Can I special order full size cakes?
Yes! (with some limitations). We regret that we cannot offer full size cakes with gum paste or fondant decorations, but we are happy to make full size cakes with buttercream or similar frosting.

What kinds of flavors do you offer?
All the classics, and more. Put your desired flavors in the form above and we will do our best to meet your needs. If we cannot, we will discuss alternatives.
Do you accept payments over the phone?
What methods of payments do you accept?
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. We do not accept checks.
Can someone help me carry out?
Yes, we have staff available to help you out upon completion of your transaction.
Can you ship/delivery items?
Sorry, we do not offer shipping/delivery services.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and you may need to cancel. Cancellations of orders of special orders require a minimum of 3 business days advance notice. If you cancel your special order with the required notice, we will only retain the initial deposit. If you do not cancel the order with required notice, you will be charged for the full order, as these items are made just for you and will likely be discarded.

Our menu changes daily, but you can view our most popular items by browsing through the Gallery. This will give an idea of what types of items we can make.
